Leftover bananas Muffin

Ingredients

  • Use the pot of the yogurt as measure
  • 3 pots of flour
  • 2 pots of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pot of white yogurt
  • 1 pot of sunflower oil
  • 1 or 2 very ripe bananas
  • muffin mold

Preparation

Whisk the eggs in the mixer with the sugar, add the flour, the baking and the yogurt. Knead for 3 m and then add crusched bananas. Add the oil and knead for a few seconds. If you like, put brandy or cinnamon, and add some chocolate chips.

Put the dough in the mold and bake at 160° Celsius until the muffins are blown and ready for the toothpick test.
