Yellow fruits with honey jam

  • 1,5 kg of mixed fruits (yellow plums, apricot, melon, pineapple, bananas)
  • 1 Golden apple
  • 100 g of honey
  • 150 g of whole sugar


Chop the fruit, put in a high pot, add sugar and honey, mix up and bring to a boil. Cook at a gentle heat for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile sterilize by boiling the pots and the capsules. Put the boiling jam in the pots and screw strong the capsules.

Let cool and eat after a week.

This jam has a little sugar so does not last long, it is better to preserve it in the fridge.
