Ingredients
- Stale bread
Soft cheese (ricotta, stracchino, Philadelphia)
Sausage
Pepper
Oregano or rosemary
Olive oil
Preparation
Slice the bread. Spread soft cheese and sausage on top of the the slices of bread. Sprinkle with pepper and oregano leaves or rosemary. Put some olive oil on top and bake the slices in hot oven until they will turn brown and crispy.
Serve as appetizer.
